Robbery Suspect Sought By JeffCo Sheriff's Office

The Jefferson County Sheriff's Office is looking for a suspect in a February robbery in Forestdale.

JEFFERSON COUNTY, AL — The Jefferson County Sheriff's Office is seeking a suspect in the robbery of a business in Forestdale. According to a report filed with the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office, the theft occurred at a business in the 1300 block of Heflin Avenue West Feb. 29 between 3 a.m. and 5 a.m.

Detectives obtained surveillance video images of the suspect on premises of the business during the period of time the crime occurred. According to the report, parts were stolen from salvage AC units maintained on premises at the business.
