BIRMINGHAM, AL - The Jefferson County Sheriff's Office is requesting the public's assistance in locating a 20-year-old woman who has been missing since June 17. Marka "Willoe" Watkins was last seen in the Bessemer/McCalla area. Willoe is described as 5'1"and weighing approximately 115 pounds. Friends and family say they have "serious concerns for her safety" and that none of them have heard or seen her since June 17, which is uncharacteristic of her. If anyone has information about the whereabouts of Willoe they are asked to call 205-325-1450.
