Sheriff’s Office Seeks Identity Of Burglary Suspects
The Jefferson County Sheriff's Office is trying to identify burglary suspects who were caught on video using the victim's credit card.
BIRMINGHAM, AL - Jefferson County Sheriff’s detectives are attempting to identify a pair of burglary suspects who were caught on surveillance video using the victim’s credit card.
On April 10, deputies responded to a report of a burglary at a residence in the 6900 block of Lou George Loop in McCalla. The victim reported that, while he and his wife were at work, someone forced open the door of their home and stole checks, credit cards, and a shotgun.

Detectives learned that one of the credit cards had been used at a CVS, a Walgreen’s, and a McDonald’s in the Pelham and Alabaster area. They were able to obtain surveillance photos from the Walgreen’s showing the suspects with the stolen credit card.
