Sheriff's Deputies Arrest Naked Man With Crack Cocaine In His Ear
A 36-year-old Birmingham man has been arrested after being found naked with a bag of crack cocaine in his ear.

BIRMINGHAM, AL - A 36-year-old Birmingham man has been arrested after being found naked with a bag of crack cocaine in his ear. The Jefferson County Sheriff's Office reported that deputies responded to a report of a naked man standing in the front yard of a residence in the 2500 block of Palomino Lane in Forestdale. Saturday afternoon.
They arrived to find Warren Gunn standing naked beside a pickup truck in the yard. As they approached he go into the truck and began to get dressed. They spoke to the man and he told them that the reason he was naked was that he was covered in ants. Deputies saw no ants, but noticed the man appeared to be under the influence of a controlled substance. He was arrested for Public Lewdness.

As deputies were walking him to the patrol car they noticed a small plastic bag in his ear. The bag was removed and found to contain crack cocaine.
The suspect refused to give deputies his name. A search revealed an Alabama ID card that identified the man as 36-year-old Warren Gunn III. Gunn was found to have an outstanding warrant for Failure to Appear in Court on a Charge of Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Gunn was taken to the Jefferson County Jail where he is held on no bond for the outstanding warrant and new charges of Public Lewdness and Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance.
