If you've been exercising from home during the coronavirus pandemic, staying fit just got better. Begin your early morning workout from the comfort of your own home, led by a certified trainer.
Alhough gyms had to close, the Breakfast Club Fit Crew's Train and Burn program hasn’t stopped.
“Since all the gyms had to close, we still have been delivering quality workouts to our clients and people all over via my TRAIN & BURN App and my Virtual Training Program,” Starks said.
