T. Fox SalonSpa in Hoover named one of America's Top 200 salons

T. Fox SalonSpa was recently named to the SALON TODAY 200 for 2019 by SALON TODAY, the leading business media for salon and spa owners. “There are more than 300,000 salons in North America, so this is quite an honor,” said Traci Fox, salon owner and master stylist. “To be named as a top 200 salon is an amazing feat and I’m so proud of my team.”

T. Fox SalonSpa will celebrate with the public in an all-day event on February 21, 2020, from 10:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. Hoover Mayor Frank Brocato will present the award to Fox and her team at 10:00 a.m.

The magazine’s 23rd annual SALON TODAY 200 issue profiled the selected salons in its 2020 edition. The 200 salons were honored for their best business practices from applications submitted by SALON TODAY audience, who represent the 20,000 top-producing salons and spas in the country.

Applicants were honored in 11 different best practice categories, including: compensation and benefits, customer service, employee education, philanthropy, profit center, retail and merchandising, retention and referral programs, salon culture, salon leadership, technology and growth. “One thing I strive to do in my salon is make it an experience that my clients enjoy,” Fox said. “I work hard with my team to make sure that attitude is something we convey each day. I also believe it’s incredibly important to give back to the community.”

Fox said she believes the buy-in of her team is integral to their success. “Our team embraces our salon culture, which is integrity, community service, guest care, innovation, technology and the highest quality of education,” she said.
