Teen Pleads Guilty To 3 Murders From 2015

A 19-year-old Birmingham man pleaded guilty to three murders from when he was just 15 years old.

BIRMINGHAM, AL — A 19-year-old charged with capital murder pleaded guilty to three killings from 2015, when he was just 15 years old.

Khalief Marquise Spencer, now 19, had been charged with capital murder in the Oct. 23, 2015 slayings of Kenneth Davidson and Shundria Peoples, and the Nov. 14, 2015 killing of Tramone Mitchell, according to an Alabama Media Group report.

The bodies of Davidson, 34, and Peoples, 26, were discovered after they were shot multiple times in their chests. Medics pronounced them dead on the scene at 4 a.m. Davidson was from Bessemer; Peoples from Birmingham.

Mitchell, a rapper also known as “Lil Mone,” was found in the driver’s seat of his car with gunshot wounds to the face and the shoulder. He was pronounced dead on the scene.

Spencer was sentenced to 25 years in prison. He must serve 18 years before he is even eligible for parole.
