Three-Alarm Fire At Downtown Apartments Now Contained
The Birmingham Fire Department has contained a fire at the LIV Parkside apartment complex downtown.
BIRMINGHAM, AL - The Birmingham Fire Department responded to a fire Wednesday night at the LIV Parkside apartment complex downtown. The three-alarm fire was reported to have started on the fifth floor of the complex. As of 7 p.m., the fire had been contained.

Although not confirmed, witnesses on sight said all of the residents of the apartment complex, located on 1st Avenue South across from Railroad Park, had evacuated, and there have been no injuries reported thus far.
