Top 10: Birmingham's Best Food Trucks
Patch ranks the best food trucks in the Birmingham metro area based on rankings from several ratings sources.

BIRMINGHAM, AL - In the last five years, the emergence of the mobile restaurant business has been astounding in Birmingham. The growing number of quality food trucks operating in the city, coupled with the amicable partnership the businesses seem to have with one another has helped the food truck business boom in the Magic City.
With so many to choose from, picking a favorite is difficult. Birmingham's food truck scene includes a diverse array of culinary categories. Trucks in the city include pizza, Mexican food, seafood, barbecue, chicken, hot dogs and just about anything in between.

Patch looked at more than a dozen rankings of Birmingham food trucks published over the last two years to get a composite ranking for the city's food trucks, taking into account the number of reviews and average score. Here are the top 10:
