Two Suspects Charged In Birmingham Homicide
Two suspects have now been charged in the August 5 death of Brandon Rasario.
BIRMINGHAM, AL — Two suspects have been charged in the August 5 murder of 21-year-old Brandon Rasario of Birmingham. Travec Brandon Ard, 22, of Fairfield has been charged with capital murder, and 20-year-old Jasmine Roberson has been charged with murder.
Rasrio's body was discovered at approximately 7:30 a.m. August 5. Officers from the East Precinct responded to the 9900 block of Turner Avenue to investigate a report of a person lying in the roadway. Birmingham Fire and Rescue arrived along with the Jefferson County Coroner and pronounced the victim deceased on the scene.
That same day, officers located Roberson and took her into custody. Bond has been set for Roberson for $100,000.

Ard was arrested this week and charged with capital murder. He is in the custody of the Jefferson County Jail. Bond has not been set for him yet.
