BIRMINGHAM, AL - With Valentine's Day coming up on Wednesday, couples everywhere are making plans for a romantic night together. In Birmingham, there is no shortage of excellent places to eat dinner, and Patch has put together a list of the 10 most romantic restaurants in the city.
