Celebrate the nation's 250th birthday with Alabama's largest and most spectacular Fourth of July fireworks show featuring over 2,500 shells. The 20-minute display is synchronized to a patriotic soundtrack broadcast live across local iHeartMedia radio stations and WBRC 6 News.
Vulcan Park & Museum will close to the public at 3 p.m. on July 4 to allow for event setup and safety preparations.
PLEASE NOTE: Vulcan Park & Museum and Valley View Drive will be closed to the public during the fireworks show. Thunder on the Mountain is visible from multiple vantage points across downtown Birmingham and Homewood!
