Car Break-Ins: Hoover Police Seek Suspect

The Hoover Police Department is searching for a suspect in recent car break-ins.

HOOVER, AL — The Hoover Police Department is trying to identify a suspect seen on security video breaking into a car. The Hoover PD believes this suspect was also involved in at least one other vehicle break-in.

The cases occurred in the 2000 block of Russet Woods Trail during the overnight hours of July 10, according to police. That same night, several other vehicles were broken into in surrounding areas, which are being investigated by the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office (Woodhaven Road/Morgan Road area).
