Hoover Bus Driver Arrested On Child Porn Charges: Report

MOODY, AL — A bus driver with the Hoover school system was arrested Wednesday and charged with possession of child pornography. An ABC 33/40 report said that Earl Frasier, 60, was was arrested in Hoover and taken to Moody, where he lives.

A tip led Moody police and the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency to launch an investigation into Frasier last week, according to ABC 33/40. Frasier is currently booked in the St. Clair County Jail.

"We have been made aware that a bus driver who has driven for us since October 2018 has been arrested for alleged possession of child pornography," read a statement by Hoover City Schools Wednesday night. "School district authorities are in close communication with law enforcement officials as the investigation continues. The Hoover Board of Education will act on this matter immediately, decisively and within compliance of the law."
