HOOVER, AL — A development in Hoover that includes a new grocery store took a step forward last week when the Hoover City Council approved incentives for the project. The development is located at the corner of South Shades Crest and Morgan roads.

AL Hoover Crest LLC expects to spend at least $13.8 million on the site.
