Hoover Man Charged With Child Pornography Possession
Michael Benton Morgan, 54, is charged with four counts of possession of child pornography.
HOOVER, AL — A Hoover man has been arrested and charged with possession of child pornography. Michael Benton Morgan, 54, was booked into the Jefferson County Jail on Aug. 29.
A report by Alabama Media Group said is Morgan has been charged with four counts of possession of child pornography, all felony crimes.
The case was investigated by the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency in conjunction with the FBI and the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office.

Morgan remains in the Jefferson County Jail on $60,000 bond.
