Hoover Police Arrest Bessemer Man For Sex With Underage Girl
A Bessemer man has been arrested in Hoover for allegedly having sex with a girl under the age of 16.
HOOVER, AL - A Bessemer man has been arrested in Hoover for allegedly having sex with an underage girl. Patrick Terrell Marbury, 24, is charged with second-degree rape, second-degree sex abuse and second-degree sodomy. The victim in the case is under the age of 16 but over the age of 12.
According to a report from Alabama Media Group, Hoover PD arrested Marbury Wednesday, but the incident supposedly occurred November 26.
He was booked into the Shelby County Jail on Wednesday, and released the same day after posting $66,000 bond.
