Hoover Police Search For Suspect In Felony Theft Case

Hoover police are trying to identify a suspect seen on security video at the Home Depot on Highway 280 stealing items from a truck.

HOOVER, AL — The Hoover Police Department is trying to identify a person accused of stealing items out of a victim's truck at the Home Depot on Highway 280. The incident occurred Oct. 24, police said.

Items stolen include a Stihl BR600 backpack blower and a Stihl 250 pole. Hoover police said the suspect is described as a white male wearing a Nike hat, mask with University of Alabama logo, tan/grey jacket and tan pants. The suspects vehicle is possibly a Chevrolet Equinox, accordign to the report by Hoover PD.
