Hoover Resident Makes Dean's List At University Of Evansville

EVANSVILLE, IN — The University of Evansville announced the students named to the Dean's List for the 2020 Fall Semester, and the prestigious list includes a local resident.

Ava Bourn of Hoover, a nursing major at UE, was one of the students that made the list. To merit the honor of being placed on the Dean's List each semester, a student must have carried a full academic load of 12 hours or more and have earned a grade point average of 3.5 or above.

UE has a diverse student body that represents 44 states and 52 countries. U.S. News & World Report recognized UE by placing it no. 4 in its list of Best Colleges in the Midwest among private schools.
