Hoover, Spain Park Face Tough Football Schedules In 2018

HOOVER, AL - There is a new look for Region 3 in 7A Alabama high school football, and that presents some new foes and a new look for the schedules of Spain Park High School and defending state champion Hoover High School.

The new Region 3 lineup includes Hewitt-Trussville, Hoover, Mountain Brook, Oak Mountain, Spain Park, Thompson, Tuscaloosa County and Vestavia Hills

The Hoover Bucs will play their first game in front of a national television audience as ESPN has agreed to broadcast the Bucs opener against defending 6A champion Pinson Valley live August 25, while Spain park will also open at home against Hillcrest High School.
