Hoover Woman Watches Husband Held At Gunpoint On Facebook

A Hoover woman was contacted on Facebook Live by another woman who had her husband at gunpoint.

HOOVER, AL - A woman working in Hoover Wednesday morning received a call via Facebook Live that she will likely never forget. The call was from a woman named Keanna La Trise Cammon who had a gun to the head of the Hoover woman's husband.

According to a report by Alabama Media Group, the victim's wife wrote, "I don't know if he is OK and I don't where about he is in Tuscaloosa. Can somebody help me. I'm at work and I am about to lose it. I think she shot him." She was right. The victim was critically injured by a gunshot, and Cannon was later arrested and charged with attempted murder.

Tuscaloosa police responded about 10:30 a.m. to the shooting in the 600 block of 27th Street. Tuscaloosa Violent Crimes Unit Capt. Kip Hart said the victim - who was shot in the torso - was taken to DCH Regional Medical Center and is in critical condition.
