Kindergarten Registration For Hoover Begins April 25
Hoover City Schools' district-wide enrollment date for 2019-2020 kindergartners and new students is Thursday, April 25.
HOOVER, AL - Spring is in the air and the 2018-2019 school year will soon come to a close. This means registration for the 2019-2020 school year is just around the corner, as Hoover City Schools will start kindergarten and new student registration April 25.
All Hoover elementary schools will be open the afternoon of Thursday, April 25 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. for families to enroll kindergartners and students who will be new to Hoover City Schools for the fall.
Documents necessary for registration:

- Current Lease Agreement or Recorded Deed
- Current Utility Bill (water, power or gas)
- Original Birth Certificate
- Original Social Security Card (voluntary)
- Immunization Form (Alabama IMMPRINT Certificate)
- Government Issued Photo Identification (for parent/guardian)
- Custody Papers/Marriage Certificate (if applicable)
