Calera Teacher Arrested For Possession of Child Pornography
The Shelby County Sheriff's Office arrested a 26-year-old teacher and charged him with 40 counts of possession of child pornography.
SHELBY COUNTY, AL - The Shelby County Sheriff's Office announced Wednesday that a man has been arrested and charged with 40 counts of possession of child pornography. Daniel Prentice Donaldson, 26, from Wilton, Alabama, was taken into custody Wednesday morning.
Donaldson was arrested after Shelby County Investigators executed a search warrant at his residence in Wilton. He is reportedly a teacher at Calera Elementary School, and reports from WERC said the school system has suspended him.
