More Than 60 Youth Volleyball Teams Coming To Hoover

HOOVER, AL - Youth volleyball teams are coming from Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi and Tennessee to the Finley Center at the Hoover Metropolitan Complex on Saturday and Sunday. to compete for a chance to play in the Southeast Alliance Volleyball League overall championship on April 14-15 in Atlanta.

According to a report by the Hoover Sun, more than 60 teams will be in Hoover this weekend, in a tournament hosted by Southern Performance Volleyball. The teams are comprised of girls 18-and-under.

Tickets cost $8 for a daily ticket or $15 for a two-day pass. Children ages 10 and younger get in free. Parking at the Hoover Met Complex costs $5, and only cash is accepted. The Finley Center has 83,000 square feet of court space, which is enough room for 17 full-size volleyball courts.
