No Shave November: Hoover PD To Raise Money For Wings Of Hope
The Hoover Police Department is participating in No Shave November to raise money for The Wings of Hope Pediatric Foundation.

HOOVER, AL — Hoover police officers may start looking a little scruffy this month, as the Hoover Police Department is taking part in No Shave November in an effort to raise money for The Wings of Hope Pediatric Foundation.
The Wings of Hope Pediatric Foundation is an organization that comes to the aid of families with terminally ill children. The organization provides families with emotional support, meals, house cleaning, lawn care, and when necessary, financial assistance with paying bills.

"HPD is proud to partner with this wonderful organization," said Hoover Chief of Police Nick Derzis. "Every dollar donated goes directly to relieving families of day-to-day menial tasks, and to giving them more priceless memories to hold onto forever."
