Pedestrian Struck And Killed On Highway 280
A woman was struck and killed on U.S. 28 in Inverness Wednesday night.
HOOVER, AL — A woman was struck and killed on the 280 corridor in Inverness Wednesday night. A WBRC report said the incident occurred around 10 p.m. near Inverness Parkway.
The woman was reportedly trying to cross the highway near the Shell gas station and Whataburger.
The victim has not been identified by law enforcement.
