Shelby County Man Charged With Sex Crimes Against Adolescent Girl
A 36-year-old man has been arrested on multiple child sex charges in Shelby County.
SHELBY COUNTY, AL — A 36-year-old man has been arrested in Shelby County and charged with five felony counts of sexual abuse against an adolescent girl. Crisanto Movis-Carmona was taken into custody Tuesday by Shelby County sheriff’s deputies.
Shelby County Sheriff's Office reports say Movis-Carmona engaged in deviate sexual intercourse with the female victim, who is now 11 years old.
Movis-Carmona was booked into the Shelby County Jail Tuesday and remained held Wednesday on $55,000 bond.
