HOOVER, AL - As Halloween rapidly approaches, parents of children who will be trick-or-treating this Halloween have several things to worry about: what costume their kids will wear, who will be with their kids while walking the neighborhood, and - unfortunately - how to keep their kids safe. Because we live in an increasingly unsafe world, Patch has put together a map that shows where all of the registered sex offenders in Hoover live.
