Suspect Sought By Hoover PD In Vehicle Break-In Case

A suspect in a vehicle break-in case in Hoover is wanted for questioning by the Hoover Police Department.

HOOVER, AL - The Hoover Police Department is searching for a man they say may have been involved in a vehicle break-in August 16 at the 500 block of Jackson Drive. Police say the victim’s purse was taken from the vehicle, and a short time later, one of the stolen credit cards was fraudulently used at an Alabaster Walmart to make more than $1,000 worth of purchases.

The Hoover PD posted the suspect's photo in hopes of identifying him, and said a witness reported seeing two black males, one with short dreadlocks (pictured), the other (not pictured) driving a silver Hyundai SUV with Tennessee plate (unknown tag number).
