Suspects Wanted By HPD In Fraudulent Use Of Credit Card Case

A victim's credit cards were stolen in Hoover in July, and then used to make purchases in the Birmingham area.

HOOVER, AL — The Hoover Police Department is trying to identify suspects they say used a stolen credit card to make purchases in the Birmingham area. The incident reportedly occurred July 25.

Hoover police say the victim’s vehicle was broken into in the 2000 block of Longleaf Drive. Soon after, fraudulent charges were reportedly made with the stolen credit cards at McDonald’s near St. Vincents Hospital in Birmingham and Chevron on Lomb Avenue.
