Attorney Mark Eiland, J.D., LL.M., AEP®, will provide a clear overview of how wills, trusts, and comprehensive estate planning work under Alabama law, what occurs when no plan is in place, and who has the authority to act on someone’s behalf if they become unable to make decisions.
