The Mobile City Council will meet as a whole to discuss the Unified Development Code on Tuesday, September 28, 2021, at 2 p.m. to discuss Ordinance 64-26 to amend and restate Chapter 64 of the City Code-Zoning.

The UDC sets rules, standards, and procedures to guide new development or redevelopment in the city.
“The UDC is a very important document that will shape the City of Mobile for years to come. It is important for us as a council to make sure that this plan will help in the future growth of our city,” said City Council Vice-President C.J. Small, District 3.
