2. 2020-31 -CA: 952 Elmira Street
a. Applicant: Mr. Joseph Hughey
b. Project: Remove existing shed-roofed addition on rear and add 10’x10’ master bath; replace front door; replace porch flooring and repair columns; paint tin roof silver; replace siding where needed and paint; install lattice around crawl space; install brick patio in rear yard.
