  1. A Mobile family is giving out turkeys in honor of their son's memory. Harold's Initiative, started after 17-year-old Harold Jordan III was shot and killed, is a turkey drive for those in need. The family wanted to be a positive light to their community, as well as spread awareness of gun violence. (WKRG News 5)
  2. The MPD Victim Services Unit is holding The Lighting Ceremony of "The Giving Tree" on Monday, Nov. 22 at 5:30 p.m. in front of the police headquarters. Once the Tree is lit, they will acknowledge the victims of crime and their family members. (Press Release Desk)
