- A Mobile family is giving out turkeys in honor of their son's memory. Harold's Initiative, started after 17-year-old Harold Jordan III was shot and killed, is a turkey drive for those in need. The family wanted to be a positive light to their community, as well as spread awareness of gun violence. (WKRG News 5)
- The MPD Victim Services Unit is holding The Lighting Ceremony of "The Giving Tree" on Monday, Nov. 22 at 5:30 p.m. in front of the police headquarters. Once the Tree is lit, they will acknowledge the victims of crime and their family members. (Press Release Desk)
