Here are the top 3 stories today in Mobile:
- On Thursday, Carnival Cruise Line announced that the Carnival Sensation is not going to return to Mobile. However, the ship will be replaced with the Carnival Ecstasy, which will eventually be phased out. Long-term plans remain unclear. (WKRG News 5)
- A man was indicted for two rape charges in two different incidents in Mobile County. Cloyd Mitchell Sampson is accused of first-degree rape after he allegedly raped a person who was incapacitated. He was also charged with one count of second-degree rape after police say he raped a child between the ages of 12 and 16. (WKRG News 5)
- A woman was arrested on Thursday after a 4-year-old boy was found dead in Mobile. Police say they were called to a home on Jacob Drive at about 8:00 a.m. on reports of a medical emergency of a child who was pronounced dead on the scene. Detectives say they found bruises on the body and other signs the child had been abused. (FOX10 News)

- The Mobile County Police Department remembered Officer Steven Caserlos Dion Green, Sr. on the tenth anniversary of his death. Green was stabbed to death by a prisoner inside of the Mobile County Metro Jail's sally port on Feb. 3, 2012. (Facebook)
