- In September, President Biden announced thousands of Afghan refugees would relocate to the United States to escape Taliban control following the U.S. troop withdrawal out of Afghanistan. Now, with refugees arriving in the coming weeks, Mobile leaders are stepping up to help. Local organizations like Dwell Mobile and Catholic Social Services are securing money and resources to help families adjust. (NBC 15 WPMI)
- The massive lights display at Hank Aaron Stadium is making its transition from spooky to festive. The stadium's Halloween-themed "Thriller Nights of Lights" is currently coming down to make way for "Christmas Nights of Lights." Visitors can enjoy the lights from Nov. 12 through Jan. 7.
