1. A man was arrested in Mobile for attempting to steal stadium bleachers. On Wednesday afternoon, Mobile police officers spotted a vehicle dragging a "large set of stadium bleachers" near Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Avenue. 60-year-old Michael McClellan, who is thought to be the driver of the vehicle, was arrested. (WKRG News 5)
2. The Alabama Department of Transportation (ALDOT) and Ozark Striping Company have begun making improvements along Highway 45. In the last five years, there have been about 15 traffic fatalities from head-on collisions on Highway 45; it's expected that this project could reduce those head-on collisions by up to 40 percent. (FOX10 News)
3. Mobile police have arrested two people on multiple charges, including trafficking methamphetamine. Early Wednesday morning, 22-year-old Trevor Nicholas Jordan and 24-year-old Kaylen Rena Bowdoin were pulled over for a traffic stop. Inside the vehicle, officers discovered numerous drugs as well as firearms. (FOX10 News)
