Here are the top three stories today in Mobile:
- The University Of Mobile is currently enrolling students for online programs. The deadline for admission to the Fall Semester 2022 is Aug. 19. Classes are scheduled to start on Aug. 15. Click for a full list of courses. Click to apply online. (Press Release Desk)
- The Mobile Police Department reports that three individuals were injured during a Monday afternoon car crash on St. Stephens Road. According to the department, two of the individuals were thrown from the vehicle. The individuals were transported to a local hospital for treatment. The department is continuing its investigation of the incident. (WKRG News 5)
- The Mobile City Council has approved a new district map. The council approved the map with a 6-1 vote on Tuesday. The approved map was proposed by District 4 Councilman Den Reynolds and District 1 Councilman Cory Penn. The only member not to vote for the map was District 7 Councilman Gina Gregory. (WKRG News 5)
