  1. On Saturday, neighbors near McCants Chavers Park came out for the 6th monthly Safer Streets Walk. Organizer Adrienne Edwards says it all started with her family back in Ohio when they were affected by a violent incident and she saw how community events changed the area for the better. Edwards brought organizations, elected officials, and the police department together for people in the Mobile Terrace neighborhood. (utv44.com)
  2. Russell "Marcus" Chestang was last seen at The Barn in Prichard off U.S. Highway 45 in the early morning hours of May 28, 2021. His family is offering a $20,000 reward. Anyone with information is encouraged to call the Mobile Police Department. (FOX10 News)
  3. A Mobile woman is facing charges in connection to the death of a 4-year-old boy. The Police Department says 53-year-old Yolanda Coale was the child's caregiver and has been charged with aggravated child abuse. Police were called to a home on Jacob Drive Thursday where the child was found unresponsive and died by the time paramedics arrived. (utv44.com)
  4. The City of Mobile Parks and Recreation Department will host the '28 Days of Black Life, History and Culture' at the Connie Hudson Center Art Gallery. The showcase will be displayed on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. They will also be showing a movie once every week at the James Seals Jr. Park and Recreation Center. (WKRG News 5)
