🌱 Thieves Steal ATM With Truck + Relocating Brookley Aeroplex

Here are the top stories in Mobile today:

  1. Mobile police say thieves used their vehicle to remove an ATM at a bank on Airport Boulevard in the early morning hours of Tuesday, Oct. 26. When they arrived, officers say "unknown suspects" connected the ATM to a vehicle, pulled it open, and stole money from it.

  2. Mobile City Council voted unanimously Tuesday to contribute $30 million to help relocate Mobile's passenger airport to Brookley Aeroplex in downtown Mobile. The city says the contribution will not cause the city to take on any debt because it comes from a surplus in the city's general fund. (WKRG News 5)
  3. Mobile is looking for new firefighters, and the father of former Alabama quarterback AJ McCarron is rounding them up. (AL.com)
  4. Gov. Ivey talked about infrastructure and vaccine mandates during a stop in Mobile. (FOX10 News)
  5. A Mobile woman is fed up and fired up after watching a porch pirate snatch her fall decorations right off her front porch. (FOX10 News)
