- Mobile Police charged a woman with reckless endangerment in the shooting that wounded a 5-year-old. The incident occurred at the Walmart Neighborhood Market on University Boulevard near Moffett Road. Investigators said a relative of the child, Miracle Murray, had the gun in her hands when she was involved in a fight with two other women inside the store. The child was wounded in the foot, police said. (FOX10 News)
- The man accused of kidnapping a teen outside of a Mobile nightclub was transferred to the Mobile Metro Jail on Thursday morning. Morris Linson, Jr. was booked into jail on charges of kidnapping 2nd degree and unlawful breaking and entering vehicle. Police interviewed witnesses and reviewed surveillance video from Troubadours as part of the investigation. (WKRG News 5)
