📢 I'm looking for business owners and marketers in Mountain Brook who want to build awareness, connect with customers and increase sales.

Here are the top three stories today in Mountain Brook:

  1. A new apartment complex with nearly 300 units is in the works off of US 280 near the Cahaba River. The development is meant to combine city living with nature, by including a 100-acre nature preserve, complete with a fishing lake, on the premises. (Village Living)
  2. Business in Mountain Brook's English Village is booming, after a slump roughly four years ago when many establishments had to close their doors. Since celebrating its 75th anniversary last year, more and more small businesses have opened up in the district. (Village Living)
  3. A Homewood woman, Judy Morrison, 69, drowned in a friend's backyard pool over the weekend. Police say they do not believe there was any criminal intent involved. (WVTM 13)
