Mountain Brook Coronavirus News: Emmet O'Neal Library Closed
Due to continuing concerns over the coronavirus, Emmet O'Neal Library is closed until further notice.
MOUNTAIN BROOK, AL — Amid the spread of the coronavirus throughout Alabama, Emmet O'Neal Library in Mountain Brook will close until further notice. Library officials issued the notice Friday.
Library staff will work from home, according to the announcement, and staff will respond to email from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday until at least April 6.
Staff can be contacted at help@eolib.org and a staff member will respond as quickly as possible.

The announcement comes on the same day that Gov. Kay Ivey ordered all non-essential businesses in the state to shut down until April 17.
