Mountain Brook To Participate In Residents' Survey
A survey regarding municipal services will be sent to 2,000 Mountain Brook residents in November.

MOUNTAIN BROOK, AL — Some Mountain Brook residents will be called upon to provide information about the quality of municipal services in the city next month. A residents' survey will be sent to 2,000 households in the city in early November.
The city is working with ETC Institute, a statistical firm located in Kansas that has completed similar studies in Vestavia Hills and Auburn.
The 7-page survey will be sent to 2,000 household, selected randomly. The survey will inquire about city services, public safety and communications. The deadline to complete the survey is November 30.

"It is important for each resident who receives the survey to complete it by the deadline so the city obtains substantial feedback," said a statement by the City of Mountain Brook. "The responses will allow the city to understand the concerns and desires of the residents and make strides to address them."
A similar survey was conducted in 2014 in Mountain Brook.
