Mountain Brook Schools: MBHS Theatre Awarded And Headed To State Competition

November 9, 2021 -- Over the weekend, the MBHS theatre department performed their one-act, The Women of Lockerbie at the Walter Trumbauer District Theatre Festival. MBHS won ‘Best Technical Production’ along with ‘Best In Show’ to secure a spot at the upcoming state competition! “I'm INCREDIBLY proud of these students and their performances over the weekend,” MBHS Director of Theatre, Jane Ganey said.

“They showed class and professionalism in every way. I'm honored to be a part of such a wonderful and supportive system.” will be representing District 6 at the Walter Trumbauer State Theatre Competition in December at Troy, AL.
