Parking Limit In Mountain Brook Village Shortened To 3 Hours
For years, Mountain Brook Village allowed 4-hour parking, but that has been changed by the city.

MOUNTAIN BROOK, AL — For years, patrons of Mountain Brook Village businesses could park in the village for four hours before getting ticketed, but that has changed due to a new city ordinance.
The ordinance, approved by the Mountain Brook City Council last week, states that short term on-street parking spaces located within Mountain Brook Village "are hereby restricted to three (3) hour parking, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m."
The ordinance can be read in full here.
