Spartan RB Harold Joiner Chosen For USA Today All-Alabama Team

MOUNTAIN BROOK, AL - The Mountain Brook Spartans fell short of their goal to win the state championship in 2017, but they did have a successful season, and some of the school's players have received various honors and football scholarship offers. Perhaps one of the most decorated Spartans in 2017 has been running back Harold Joiner.

Joiner was chosen last week for USA Today's All-Alabama team despite missing the final games of the season and playoffs with an injury. The senior was an Army All-American in 2017, and has offers from almost every SEC school, as well as Texas, Arizona State, Baylor, USC, Florida State and UAB. He has not committed, although many recruiting services have suggested he is leaning toward LSU.
