Mountain Brook baseball star Colton Yeager has made a commitment to play ball at the next level.

MOUNTAIN BROOK, AL - Despite football season starting in just a matter of weeks, this week has been eventful for Mountain Brook High School baseball players. After the announcement by MBHS catcher Harrison Ware of his commitment to play baseball at the University of South Alabama, Spartans slugger Colton Yeager announced he will play baseball at Wallace State next season.
Yeager, an infielder and DH, made the announcement via social media Thursday.

Yeager, who is the son of Mountain Brook High School football coach Chris Yeager, will be part of a team in 2019 with high expectations after the Spartans captured an area championship in 2018, and will field a team that includes last year's undefeated junior varsity team.
