• Thousands to visit legendary Muscle Shoals studio this summer (waaytv.com) — Thousands of visitors are expected at Muscle Shoals Sound Studio this summer, boosting local hotels, restaurants, and shops while supporting household budgets through growing music tourism. The legendary studio offers guided tours Tuesday through Saturday from 10:30 a.m., letting guests step into the rooms and see the instruments behind some of music’s biggest hits. 
• $10M lawsuit filed after deadly hit-and run in Colbert County (whnt.com) — A wrongful death lawsuit seeks $10 million after a woman was fatally struck in an April hit-and-run on 6th Street in Muscle Shoals. The suit claims the driver hit her at high speed after a trampoline fell from her truck, then left the scene, and it accuses him and unnamed others of negligence and related wrongdoing.
