Information Technology – Custom Software Programming
The City of Pelham will be accepting Sealed Bids for custom software programing for the purpose of printing employee W2s and preparing IRS tax tables due to the termination of support for the FoxPro database.

Specifications:
- Conversion of employee payroll information currently in an ABRA/FoxPro database (PDF Format) in order to print W2 forms for Tax Year 2020.
- Update IRS Tax Tables in ABRA/FoxPro database for Tax Year 2020.
Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Information Technology – Custom Programming – Bid Opening October 20, 2020 at 11:00 A.M.” and should be addressed to Tom Seale, City Clerk/Treasurer, City of Pelham, P.O. Drawer 1419, Pelham, Alabama 35124. Bids may be hand delivered to Pelham City Hall, 401 Southgate Drive, Pelham, Alabama 35124 prior to the scheduled bid opening, but no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day of the bid opening.
Bids will be opened and recorded by the City Clerk/Treasurer on Tuesday, October 20, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. in the Courtroom of the Pelham Police & Court Building, 32 Philip Davis Street, Pelham, Alabama 35124. The City of Pelham has the right to refuse any and all bids which are deemed not be in the best interest of the city.
The specifications are being provided to potential bidders as guidelines, which describe the type of equipment, and/or service the City of Pelham is seeking to purchase.
